Our anesthetic machines are computerized, which makes for accurate and delicate control of intra-operative anesthesia. Vital signs for all of our patients are continuously monitored during all procedures.

Our on-site Digital x-ray equipment provides high quality radiographs to aid in the diagnosis of many disorders.

Our in house laboratory equipment provides quick and accurate evaluation of serum chemistry, hematology, serology, and urinalysis. We utilize commercial reference laboratories for advanced or specialized diagnostics including hormone assays, biopsies, and histopathology.

Pet Travel:

Do you travel with your pet? Timing is everything and you need to know that this process can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months of preparation. If you are traveling in the Continental U.S by plane, your pet needs an examination and health certificate within 10 days of departure. Also, many airlines have strict requirements regarding the type of crate/carrier your pet travels in. In addition to vaccines, many destinations require an internationally approved (ISO) microchip that must be placed BEFORE vaccinations. Some destinations require endorsement by the USDA which requires additional appointments and fees. Some rabies free destinations such as Hawaii and Japan require a Rabies Titer (FAVN OIE) test that can take up to 4 weeks for results and a 4-6 month waiting period before departure! If you are planning to travel, it is best to plan ahead and let our team members help you though the process!
